Society as a Dying Profession was a project I did my Freshman year of college in 2023. This project was a cinematography based project, and was being used to show off our skills with a camera.
In this film, it was my goal to portray a dead campus. A place that once looked like there were swarms of people, and where there should be people, but there isn't. I wanted an uncanny/liminal vibe to the whole thing.
I think this film is a good look at what I can do with a camera, and the type of eye I have for cinematography.
