I'm Evan Buschman, a filmmaker, photographer, and videographer based in Fort Wayne and Bloomington Indiana. I'm a current Junior at Indiana University studying Creative Advertising.

Since I was a Sophomore in high school, I knew I wanted to live my life with a camera in my hands. Filmmaking, photography, and video have always encapsulated my attention and gave me a purpose in my life. Not only do I love the craft and enjoy the art side of things, but I love the people that do this profession as well. One of the main reasons I want to be in this industry is because I feel at home with the people here.

Through my 5 years of experience, I have received several awards and honors for my passion and talent. I placed third in non-fiction long form at IASB (Indiana Association of School Broadcasters) for my documentary, The Town of Metamora, I won two regional trophies at NATAS (National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences), one for my documentary, The Town of Metamora and one for my music video, A Hymn. Overall, my proudest achievement was being put on my high school's Radio and TV hall of fame, where my name was honored on a plaque. To be on this plaque, you had to be one of the best media students in the entire school, be a leader, and change the program of Radio and TV for the students to come. To be held to that honor is something I will be forever grateful for.

In the future, I have dreams of moving to New York City and pursuing my dream of filmmaking. I hope that one day I can work for my dream production company A24, and one day become a movie producer. Besides that, I also want to pursue my love for music, and make music videos for artists or do concert photography/videography.
